LeCONTE GLACIER is the southernmost tidal (terminates at salt water) Glacier in North America. LeConte & its fiord are quite ICEolated & is host to a number of hanging glaciers, Ice bergs, thundering waterfalls, & seals that take refuge here & also give birth to their pups. LeConte is typically a very active Glacier & calving is nearly certain during our time there. Just the fiord with all its ice bergs, bergie bits, waterfalls, hanging glaciers, seals, birds & breathtaking scenery already make this place amazing enough but then we arrive at the Glacier where you will be introduced to the next level of coooool. This is an audio as well as visual experience. If you have decent hearing & ice sight it should be snow problem meeting your expectations!
